During this phase, kids are taught to find and read verses and stories from the Bible independently. Each week we strive to present Biblical truths in creative, memorable ways.
Curriculum
Kids will complete their time in Kids Place with the understanding that:
- I need to make wise choices – “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight” (Proverbs 3:5-6).
- I can trust God no matter what – “As for God, his way is perfect: The Lord’s word is flawless; he shields all who take refuge in him” (Psalm 18:30).
- I should treat others the way I want to be treated – “So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets” (Matthew 7:12).
